My aim is to help you so you don't get too many hidden extras during your project and to try to make you aware of items you may not have been expecting.
How do i Offer this service and how do i help you?
I read through your estimate or quote from your builders and look at your plans. I then provide you with notes and questions to ask your contractor to check whether items are or are not included. This may save you lots of hidden extras later on in the project and help keep your budget on track.
How does this work?
You provide a copy via e-mail of the plans in PDF format via e-mail together with the builders estimate or quotation. I will then read it and provide you with a quote for our time to study it thoroughly and provide the necessary information. If you're happy we will invoice you for the amount quoted and provide the information/questions as agreed.
All Quotations to homeowners / clients are FREE and there is no obligation to accept. If you choose not to go ahead we will delete your plans and all information. Your details and plans will not be shared with any third parties.
Building regulations advice
I can help with ever changing building control advice thanks to my knowledge of working in the trade over the years so if you have any questions please ask and I will be more than happy to advise.
General Advice
If you have a query on how works are being carried out you can make contact and we will advise if we feel the works are being carried out correctly or not. We can also help to offer a solution service as we all know in the building trade some unexpected problems come out of the blue. We will endeavour to find a solution that you find acceptable.

Sketch Design
Do you want an extension or renovation but do not want to spend money on an architect?
Here at Construction Advice For All.Com i can provide a rough sketch to help give you an idea of what you would like to achieve and even provide a budget costing for the works to help you budget before you employ an architect and builder.
This service saves you money on getting plans and planning permission only to find the builders costs come in too high and you having to shelf the project.
What do i need?
We need a floor plan of your property with your thoughts on what you would like to achieve. Then i can get to work in designing your project.
No floor plan? please don't worry i can provide a price to come and survey the area and do this for you.

Brick identification
I can identify bricks for your project so if you have a brick that you are unsure what it is send it to me and we will identify it for you.

Please note:- while we provide a service there are some things out of our control, therefore we will always advise you set aside a contingency for your works for unforeseen items.
With regards to our services we will not be held responsible if any hidden or unforeseen items occur or true costs at time of contractors tendering coming in higher as we are providing a guide only.
Guide prices will be subject to Manufactures price increases and labour rate at time of works being carried out.
