You will get a complete list of materials with quantities and locations along with the measurements.
When you receive our completed takeoff, you will also receive any discrepancies in the plan or any assumptions that has been made due to missing information. We are focused to quickly provide you with the most accurate construction plan quantity takeoff so that you succeed in your bid.
I can provide you in 2-3 working days a full material take off or in 2-5 days a full material and labour take off for your construction project. (lead-time subject to size of project)
